I’ve been an entrepreneur for over 20 years, running businesses in London, Brussels, Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
Throughout my journey, I found the most powerful moments in my life came from spending time with my business mentors and women who were just like me – running a business, juggling life and trying to do the very best that we could.
It’s when we came together that the inspiration occurred, the ideas flowed, and I knew that I wasn’t alone.
This is why I’ve organised this retreat. In March 2025, I want to bring together up to 7 amazing female business owners who are looking for connection and inspiration.
Set in the serene beauty of Watamu, Kenya, our focus is on the art of 'slowing down to speed up.' No matter your business stage, this retreat is about learning, connecting, and embracing each other's definitions of 'going big.' I'll be there to share this journey with you, ensuring everyone has their place at our table.

Experience two days in Nairobi and seven transformative days in Watamu, where you'll step away from your business' daily hustle. It's a chance to deeply rejuvenate, tap into your inner strength, and celebrate you and your achievements.
These days are about recognising and valuing your greatness, providing support as you open up about your journey, and celebrating the remarkable success, freedom, and impact you've achieved through your entrepreneurial journey.

Our week in Kenya will have lots of downtime as well as strategising and masterminding about our businesses, as well as amazing activities around Watamu and at The Treehouse that allow us to get inspiration and to experience the very best that Kenya has to offer.

ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS
Room allocations at Watamu Treehouse are on a first-come, first-served basis. Secure your spot by making your payment, after which you'll be able to reserve your preferred room.
North Tower - Star Room
This signature room at Watamu Treehouse offers a wow-factor experience with its expansive balcony and sweeping views. Located on the 5th level, it's an ideal choice for the adventurous. However, due to its openness and potential for wind, it may not be suitable for light sleepers. The room features one regular-sized double bed and is more compact, yet its 360-degree view and great balcony more than compensate. It is available for single occupancy or for friends sharing the double bed. There is an extra supplement of $500 USD for this room.

North Tower - Honeymoon Room
The Honeymoon Room, nestled on the 4th level of Watamu Treehouse, is a haven of spaciousness and comfort. It features a luxurious super king bed and, and a large single bed (205 x 100 cm), perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. The room extends its allure to the balcony, where an additional sofa bed awaits, offering an idyllic spot for sunrise viewing.

North Tower - Lower Room - Baobab Room
The Baobab room, uniquely designed for comfort and charm, offers two large single beds that can be joined to create a king-size bed, along with an additional sofa bed suitable for a smaller person. While it doesn't face the sea, Baobab boasts its own special appeal as the best spot to witness breathtaking sunsets over the forest. The room's very open design integrates you with nature, yet includes a practical tent-like zip window to limit monkey access, ensuring both an immersive and secure experience. This room is perfect for those who appreciate a blend of coziness, uniqueness, and a touch of adventure.

Twin - two single beds with one person in each
South Tower - Upper Room - Bahari Room
The Bahari room offers versatile sleeping arrangements with its two oversized single beds that can be combined into a super-king double, plus a sofa bed. This makes the room adaptable as a twin, double, or triple occupancy space. While Bahari is a large and inviting room, guests should note that the bathroom design is very open and offers limited privacy. For those who prefer more seclusion, an external toilet is conveniently located just a few meters away, providing an alternative option for enhanced privacy. This setup makes Bahari a unique choice for those who value spaciousness but are comfortable with a more open bathroom concept.

Triple - two in the super-king bed and one on the sofa bed or 3 in singles - but be aware of privacy issues
South Tower - Upper Room - Surya Room
Surya, meaning 'Sun' in Sanskrit, is a grand room that radiates comfort and space. It features two double beds, a sofa bed, and a newly added second sofa, accommodating up to four guests. This room is known for its impressive views, adding to its serene ambiance. Additionally, Surya offers the convenience of a private bathroom, making it a perfect choice for those seeking both spaciousness and privacy in their stay. Whether you're a couple or a small group, Surya provides a harmonious balance of luxury and tranquility.

Triple - two in the double beds and one on the sofa bed
South Tower - Lower Room - Aqua Room
The Aqua room offers a unique and comfortable setting, ideal for two people sharing. It features a luxurious super-king bed alongside a large sofa bed. While it can also be arranged as a twin room, guests should note that the two beds differ in size and comfort level, with the super-king offering a more spacious sleeping experience compared to the sofa bed. This room blends practicality with comfort, making it a great choice for those who appreciate a touch of flexibility in their accommodation.

South Tower - Lower Room - Moon & Stars
Located on the 3rd level, this room offers versatile sleeping arrangements. It can be set up as a double with one bed, or as twins with two beds. While this room is more compact, it comes with the convenience of a private bathroom. It's also the most 'enclosed' room in our offering, providing a sense of security for those who prefer a more enclosed space. This room strikes a perfect balance between coziness and privacy, making it a comfortable choice.
